CHAR KUEY TEOW..!

Jom masak char kuey teow … !
Apa yg perlu?
Kueh tiaw 1 packet – cerai2 dulu
Cili boh 1 sudu besar (cili buat sendiri, siap goreng / tumis…nak pedas lagie add la ikot suke)
kerang ½ kilo (rebus 1st) @ udang 250gm (jgn gatai pegie rebus plak)
taugeh 50cents
kucai 6 or 7 tangkai
bawang putih 8 ulas
kicap manis sesedap rase
telur 2 biji

Macamana buat ?
1. tumis bawang putih sampai naik bau
2. masuk kan udang or kerang. Stir for about 30seconds
3. then masuk kan the rest of the bahan (cili boh grg, kueh tiaw, kucai, taugeh & kicap manis)
4. stir slowly until masak. stir gently coz if not, kuetiaw will hancussss ;p
5. pecahkan telur and kacau masuk into d kuali
6. ready to hidang kan
7. time to eattttttttttttttttttt….. yeay….!
